Casa O is a 19th-century, fully restored, stone house with three floors (100 square metres approximately)located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca,Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet a.s.l.The house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a double sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. From the patio,you can go to the privateand and equipped (BBQ,table etc.) garden (approximately 100 square metres). The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player. Telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 50 metres away). A central heating system has also been installed. And, naturally, a working fireplace adorns the kitchen, as how would a mountain house be complete without one!

Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the 'cities of arts' of Tuscany, and beaches are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hour drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), and others.
Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Many of the mule paths are suitable for mountain bikes and horses, which you can rent in Pascoso. As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you'll hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting!

Another house of the same owner (Casa Marta, suitable for 6 people) is available at roughly 50 meters

Rates:

Rates: 450.00 - 650.00 EUR/week
Min = low season (from 1st September to 31st December and from 1st January to 31st May)
Max = high season (from 1 June to 31st August)
Prices include electricity, water, gas for cooking, firewood [50 Kg], bed linen, towels and table-cloths. Weekly bed linen will be changed at no extra cost for multiple week rentals.
Fuel for winter heating (14 Eur per day) is not included in the price.
Final cleaning (40 Euro) is not included in the price.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, rentals start at 5 p.m. on the first day (usually on Saturday) and end at 10 a.m. on the last day of holiday (usually on Saturday).
