Casa Marta is an 18th-century stone building with three floors spanning roughly 325 square feet each. The house is made up of: 1 kitchen/living room + 2 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom + 1/2 bathroom + 2 pantries + 1 patio. There are two entrances, the front door which takes you into the kitchen/pantry and the back door which leads to the downstairs bedroom, as the house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 19th century). We have provided a television (satellite), radio and CD player. Telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office. A central heating system (gas) has also been installed. And, naturally, a working fireplace adorns the second floor, as how would a mountain house be complete without one!

Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the 'cities of arts' of Tuscany, and beaches are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hour drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), and others.
Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Many of the mule paths are suitable for mountain bikes and horses, which you can rent in Pascoso. As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you'll hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting!

A welcome reception will be offered to the guests at arrival. Another house of the same owner (Casa O, suitable for 6 people) is available at roughly 50 meters

Rates:

Rates: 450.00 - 650.00 EUR/week. Min = low season (from 1st January to 31 May and from 1st September to 31st December; Max = high season (from 1st June to 31st August). Prices include electricity, water, gas for cooking, firewood [50 Kg], bed linen, towels and table-cloths, high chair and cot, mountain bike (1). Weekly bed linen will be changed at no extra cost for multiple week rentals and on request. Fuel for winter heating (14 Euro per day) is not included in the price. Final cleaning (40 Euro) is not included in the price. Unless we have agreed otherwise, rentals start at 5 p.m. on the first day (usually on Saturday) and end at 10 a.m. on the last day of holiday (usually on Saturday).
